Post Merdeka Run 2009

It's been a while since we last updated. Guess we are busy training for the coming PBIM 2009. Anyway, today we did the Post Merdeka Run 2009. I can say that all of us had improved a lot since the Kebun Bunga Charity Run. One of our female runner, Mei Lan had emerged 6th place for the Women Open Category. She didnt believe that she is among the top 6. When her name was announced, she have to think twice before receiving her winning trophy. Congrats to her.

Anyway, we still have another 3 weeks to go before we conquer the bridge. We will definately make it a memorable run for the PBIM 2009. See us there..

Updates: Kebun Bunga Charity Run 2009

Sorry for the late updates. Guessed most of us are very tired although it’s just a short distance run ( juz finding some excuses…hahahaha)

For some of us, this is our first running competition. I can say that we did a hell of a good job especially for the first timer. I know it’s just a short distance run but for the first timer, we use this to gauge ourselves how far we can go.

So, next task would be the Penang Bridge International Marathon.. We have only 54days more to go..

Below are the results of the runnermouth…
